Qualifications

• At least one year of plumbing experience.
• Experience with plumbing tools such as hydro jetters, sewer snakes, and jackhammers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Customer service skills.
• Owns a work vehicle (truck or van) and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Physical ability to walk through apartments, grounds, and docks, including stairs and steep gangways.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing repairs and installations, including sewer lines, storm drains, gas leaks, and pipe replacements.
• Support the installation of water heaters and wall heaters.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare and organize materials for jobs.
• Transport supplies and attend safety meetings.
• Report property hazards and complete timesheets accurately.
• Assist other trades as needed and perform additional duties as required.

Additional Requirements

Satisfactory drug test and background check are required.
