Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Routing Specialist in Texas to support daily route planning and optimization for dedicated customers. You will use routing software to produce optimal routes and coordinate with Ryder operating teams nationwide.

The role interfaces with CI/Engineering and reports to CI leadership. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to 1 year of transportation or supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1 year or less experience in transportation or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Route planning for daily operations and multiple locations.
• Process customer orders using routing software and automated processes.
• Create optimal, executable routes within defined timeframes.
• Collaborate with operating teams and CI/Engineering groups.
