Job summary

US Foods seeks a routing supervisor to ensure efficient scheduling and sequencing of delivery routes. You will analyze routes, coordinate with Sales and Warehouse, and lead weekly routing meetings, driving cost reductions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office and routing software skills (Roadnet/Mainframe), and the ability to interpret DOT regulations. The role includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate openly with all associates and learn DOT/regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and routing software for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and support of the router.
• Ensure routes are scheduled and sequenced in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Analyze existing routes and drive improved efficiencies.
• Work closely with sales and warehouse to determine delivery feasibility.
• Lead the weekly Ops/Sales Routing meeting.
• Prepare reports on a daily/weekly basis (route changes, sequence changes, new customers).
• Maintain routing software parameters (Roadnet and Mainframe).
• Drive process changes to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
