Job summary

The role interfaces with multiple operating teams nationwide and reports to the Lead Engineer or Sr. CI Manager within Operations. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management.
• 0–1 year of related experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Experience in Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL or LTL preferred.
• MS Office suite with emphasis on Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (Beginner).
• Basic knowledge of data visualization and SQL/DAX (Beginner, Preferred).
• Lean core tools knowledge (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily route planning for multiple sessions and locations.
• Coordinate with operating teams and CI engineers to deliver plans.
• Monitor order processing and return of completed routes to DTS.
• Support CI projects from start to sustained results.
