Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Hartford, VT seeks a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians using route optimization software to maximize efficiency and customer service.

You will collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to craft efficient routes and schedules that meet metrics and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; Propane experience a plus; Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to meet operational metrics and customer service.
• Serve as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, and related reporting tools.
