Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to locations based on schedules and needs.
• Open driving routes daily and ensure efficient planning.
• Monitor drivers' progress and track route timing.
• Use routing software to optimize routes and reduce time and fuel.
• Schedule and confirm daily delivery teams for deployment.
• Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork for daily routes and upcoming deliveries.
• Review route sheets and plan trips to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers to address scheduling and delivery issues.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to address inquiries.
• Complete daily reports and route adjustments for management.
• Review delivery processes and identify areas for improvement.
