Temco Logistics is seeking a proactive Router to join our team. The role focuses on scheduling and dispatching drivers, planning daily routes, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction in final-mile delivery.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with routing software, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is a full-time on-site position based in San Jose, CA; apply by 2026-12-12.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in routing software and mapping tools.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch or route planning preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to locations based on schedules and needs.
• Open driving routes daily and ensure efficient planning.
• Monitor driver progress and delivery timings.
• Use routing software to optimize routes and save time and fuel.
• Communicate professionally with staff, customers and vendors.
• Prepare daily route paperwork and next-day deliveries.
