McLane Co. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to directly supervise a team of drivers and ensure safe, timely deliveries. The role requires knowledge of DOT regulations, routing software, and strong communication with distribution teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is essential.
• Experience in transportation management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to read/write/understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for a group of Drivers to ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and DOT requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate activities with other distribution center departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
