Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an Inbound Router Supervisor for our Odessa, TX Service Center to oversee dock and dispatch operations.

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, various shifts. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required to coordinate driver and freight handler scheduling and ensure safety compliance. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
