Job summary

Mattress Firm in Oklahoma City is hiring a Router to coordinate deliveries and handle calls, ensuring timely routing and customer support. The role requires strong communication and attention to detail and is based in our warehouse/distribution environment.

You will schedule deliveries, maintain records, and complete required training while upholding safety and company policies. Competitive hourly pay and on-demand pay options are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience required
• High School diploma preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

The Router routes all deliveries and is responsible for answering incoming calls to support internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.

• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.

• Print accurate pick lists.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $17.50 - $19.00 per hour.

• Actual pay is based on documented and verified relevant work experience and does not guarantee employment for any specific period. Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the Company’s discretion for eligible roles, including leadership and individual contributor positions.
