Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Router to route deliveries and answer incoming calls in support of internal and external customers from our Denver-area location. The role requires coordinating schedules, recording issues, and ensuring accurate contractor settlement documentation.

A high school diploma and 1+ year experience are expected. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $22.50 per hour with on-the-job training and potential bonuses.

• POS system basic knowledge of city and outlying areas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
• Follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $21.00 to $22.50. *Actual pay is based on documented and verified relevant work experience and does not guarantee employment for any specific period. Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the Company’s discretion for eligible roles, including leadership and individual contributor positions.
