Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route/Cover Delivery Driver to transport bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers in Houston, TX. You will lift heavy five-gallon jugs, navigate stairs, and ensure courteous, professional service throughout every delivery.

Responsibilities include processing delivery orders, collecting payments, resolving customer issues, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness while following safety protocols and company regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of route-delivery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet on the job.
• Demonstrated detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to engage strangers professionally and build relations.
• Excellent customer and coworker communication skills.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Capable of regularly lifting 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses promptly.
• Process and execute delivery orders; collect monies and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously with a service-focused approach.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and presentable.
• Participate in end-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.
