Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Trainee in Nashville to begin a hands-on training path toward becoming a Route Service Representative. You will assist with daily operations, deliveries, and route coverage while learning multiple customer accounts on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Training through UniFirst’s SCP program will prepare you for an RSR role, with opportunities for growth, safe driving, and a customer-focused service mindset in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program to prep for an RSR role.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Deliver clean garments to customers and collect soiled items.
• Provide route coverage when needed and represent UniFirst on the road.
