Rentokil Pest Control seeks a dedicated Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading residential pest management services. You will inspect homes, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise customers on preventing future problems.

You will work to safety standards, maintain equipment, and build trusted relationships with clients while complying with regulations and company policies. This role emphasizes safety, customer care, and reliability in local service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — you’ll need to follow instructions on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and follow-up措施 to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
