Job summary

Urbanex Pest Control seeks a Route Technician to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and foster customer relationships on a daily route in Nashville. You’ll drive a company truck, work independently, and be supported by a local team and dispatcher.

No prior pest control experience is required, though experienced techs may earn higher rates. Compensation includes base pay plus monthly bonuses, health/dental, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; valid state pest control license or ability to obtain one.
• 21+ with a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and lifting equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect pests and apply treatments.
• Build relationships with customers and provide on-route service.
• Work independently on your route with local team and dispatcher support.
