The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work safely with a team and customers. Drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Loads and empties containers manually or mechanically.
• Operates hoisting device to lift and empty bins into the truck.
• Maintains proper bin placement and safety standards at all times.
• Assists driver with backing maneuvers and route completion.
• Maintains professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Participates in training to support safety and company goals.
