Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervisor.
• Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and direct activities of drivers, floaters, and lead men to ensure efficient operation of routes.
• Monitor workflow and route sheets; assess manpower and distribute work accordingly.
• Maintain route knowledge and conduct field audits; monitor safety and OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; handle employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Train new drivers on company policy, DOT program, and proper equipment use.
