Burrtec in Fontana, CA is seeking a Route Supervisor to coordinate and direct the activities of drivers, floaters, and lead men. You will monitor workflow to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently, and you will oversee operations staff on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of supervising, knowledge of the waste industry preferred, and a CA CDL Class A/B license. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, with strong leadership and customer service skills valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervisor.
• Knowledge of the waste industry preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
