HP Hood in Concord, NH is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to provide leadership to drivers and oversee the Distribution/Transportation Department. The ideal candidate will uphold safety protocols and conduct audits and training while on the road.
This role requires a CDL-A license and experience in route structuring and safety management. A competitive salary range of $85,000–$105,000 USD is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Under the direction of the Distribution Manager, will provide all aspects of leadership to HP Hood site drivers as well as the Distribution/Transportation Department by collaborating with drivers on the road conducting audits and training.
Position is primarily based in an office environment but is subject to the same physical demands of the drivers – please see the attached list of physical demands.
