Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Bluefield, WV is hiring a Route Specialist. The role covers routes when teammates are away, handles delivery, stocking, and merchandising at customer locations on designated routes, and may train new teammates. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety standards.

Monday–Friday schedule with 5:00am start. Key responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, and supporting supervisors on various projects to ensure timely, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or permit (Class A) or the ability to obtain such.
• Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales; ensure high level of customer service.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment; follow company standards.
• Follow route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates; support safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments with sales, delivery, and customer management teams.
• Assist supervisor with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned
