Job summary

Sani-Servant, a division of RSI, is seeking a Route Service Specialist to join our hospitality-focused service team in Texas. You will run monthly scheduled stops, stock vehicles, and service customer accounts with professionalism and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in service, repair, or maintenance is a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly scheduled stops and ensure vehicle is stocked and organized.
• Manage customer inventory and create invoices and service orders.

• Maintain existing accounts with high-quality customer service.
• Train customers on procedures and equipment care and educate proper use.

Responsibilities Include:

• Run monthly scheduled stops.
• Ensure vehicle stocked with all necessary equipment and clean and organized.
• Manage customer inventory.
• Create invoices and service orders for customer records.
• Effectively communicate with management and work independently in a fluid environment without close supervision.
• Maintain existing accounts by providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly and interact with existing customers on a professional level.
• Train and educate customers on procedures and equipment care.
• Educate customers on proper use of all products.
• Seek and cultivate new business for the growth of the company.
• Develop and grow product knowledge.
• Understand all products and their application.
• Learn the proper operation of all the equipment.
• Learn and understand the parts needed for service/repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Respond to emergency break/fix scenarios.
• Work on‑call duty rotation.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude request, previous service, repair, or maintenance experience a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions.
• Tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.
