Job summary

RSI Texas, LLC seeks an Entry Level Refrigeration Maintenance Technician in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial refrigeration equipment and ice machines, participate in a training program, and support customers with professional service.

Responsibilities include equipment cleaning, filter changes, tool operation, and on-call support. Candidates must have a high school diploma, HVAC/R training, EPA certification, and a valid driver's

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate hand tools and power tools.


• Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.


• Work on‑call nights and weekends when assigned.


• Effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• HVAC/R training or related education may be considered.


• Must be EPA certified.


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening


• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance.


• Climb and work from 8ft ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions.


• Tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation.
