Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Chattanooga seeks a Route Service & Sales Technician to service commercial dish machines, perform maintenance, and upsell cleaning products on assigned routes. You will travel in Auto-Chlor vans and provide excellent customer service as the face of the company.

After training, you will join a 45–48 hour workweek with overtime, quarterly bonuses, and commissions based on route size and growth. Uniforms are provided and support is ongoing to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to on-site routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers with commercial dish machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.
• Restock customer products, collect payments, and upsell cleaning products.
• Drive company vans and participate in on-call rotation.
