Auto-Chlor System in Memphis, TN is seeking a Route Customer Service Representative to work directly with restaurants and commercial customers. You’ll drive a company vehicle, deliver cleaning products, restock supplies, and build lasting relationships while maintaining route independence.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation every 6–7 weeks, company vehicle provided, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Experience in route delivery or customer-facing driving role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout an assigned area
• Provide face‑to‑face customer service to restaurants and commercial kitchens
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Build relationships with customers along your route
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and help provide solutions
• Load, unload, lift, and move products throughout the workday
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Manage your daily route and responsibilities independently
