Auto-Chlor System is seeking a motivated Route Service Tech to support over 130 restaurant customers with preventative maintenance, repairs, and on-site training. You will learn to manage equipment, inventory, invoicing, and customer relationships while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on commercial dishwashing machines.
• Deliver products and manage inventory of cleaning chemicals for restaurants.
• Handle invoicing, payments, upselling, and on-site training.
• Build strong customer relationships leading to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
