Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Antioch, TN location. For over 80 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

We’re offering a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with overtime and on-call opportunities; starting pay is $21-$22/hr with potential yearly earnings of $60k–$65k.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repairs and tools.
• Willingness to learn and apply training on the job.
• Ability to build relationships and upsell products.
• Valid driver’s license required (3+ years).
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van to customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restock solutions, collect payments, and suggest additional products.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van safely to customer locations.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus - Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
