Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from customer stops, and assist with lifting and carrying equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers.
• Respond to inquiries and requests, and proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain the vehicle interior and equipment; manage assigned routes to build rapport with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing service.
