Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments and products, and grow customer relationships. You will operate on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and you’ll be compensated with commission as you upsell and expand your route.

You will be the face of UniFirst on the road, ensuring on-time deliveries, safety, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam compliance.
• High school diploma or GED; military service acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Load and unload route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Work in a physically active environment across indoor/outdoor settings.
