Job summary

Porter's Industrial in Louisiana is seeking a motivated, full-time Delivery Associate to provide timely delivery of clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, and to return soiled items to the plant as scheduled.

You will manage customer needs weekly, keep par levels balanced to avoid overstock, and oversee the customer’s uniform program to ensure quality garments, appearance, and safety. Training is provided with room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products on time.
• Return soiled products to the plant promptly.
• Manage customer needs weekly and monitor par levels to avoid overstocking.
• Support the customer’s uniform program to ensure quality garments and appearance.
• Sell additional services and meet sales goals.
• Communicate problems with a plan to eliminate them, and build rapport with customers.
• Handle daily cash, inventory, and equipment responsibly.
