Route Service Representative – Rental Division

We are seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $xx.xx/hour until assigned a route.
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek; no nights or weekends.
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions. The range is based on skill set, experience, performance and other business factors.
