Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on a defined route. Our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor setting.

Role emphasizes building rapport with customers, upselling, and ensuring service quality. Training is comprehensive, with 4-day workweeks and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
