Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative to service Spartanburg, SC and surrounding areas. The role involves independent travel, merchandising setup, stock management, and driving a company vehicle on a route.

The position requires a strong customer-service mindset, reliable transportation, and the ability to stay in hotels 2–3 nights weekly when needed. Base pay is $18–$19/hour with estimated annual pay $50,544–$59,280 and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Tech savvy including smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/pushing tasks with or without accommodation.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through approved vendor when travel is required.

Route Service Representative – Spartanburg, SC

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule:

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range:

$50,544 – $59,280 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
