Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Cary, NC is seeking a Route Service Representative to join our field team. You will travel across a wide territory to set up and merchandise products, reinforce planograms, and support store managers with on-site execution of campaigns.

The role requires strong customer service, driving ability, and a willingness to spend nights away from home. You’ll work with a company-provided vehicle, earn hourly pay with overtime, and become part of a growing, data-driven retail

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on the move daily.
• Willing to travel and spend nights away from home as needed.
• Tech-savvy with use of apps, Outlook and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a SRP fleet vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and place materials accurately.
• Work with store managers and team members to meet merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves well-stocked; utilize company storage for extra inventory.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 1-2 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range:

$50,572 – $59,311 annually

Note:

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.01 – $19.01 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
