Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Cary, NC to travel across a large territory, implementing merchandising plans and ensuring store compliance. You will set up, replenish, and merchandise products, maintaining displays and planograms.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving a SRP vehicle, and spending 1–2 nights per week away from home. Compensation includes hourly pay and potential overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• This is a physical job requiring getting in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule

starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 1-2 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range

$50,572 – $59,311 annually

Note

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.01 – $19.01 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
