Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Savannah, GA. The role involves independent travel to various store locations to implement merchandising plans, set up and replenish displays, and maintain planograms to ensure consistency.

You will work with store managers to meet merchandising goals and keep shelves stocked, often starting daily at 6:00am with 48–52 hours per week and occasional overtime.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically able to perform job duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
• Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range: $50,937 – $59,716 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.14 – $19.14 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
