UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick garments daily, and grow customer relationships with a focus on safety and reliability.

You’ll earn commission from day one and operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, while maintaining a strong safety mindset and excellent customer service. This full-time role suits a self-motivated, people-focused candidate in a field-based position.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED (or military service).
• Experience in customer service or route sales is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: deliver and pick garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and upsell.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: prioritize safety and professionalism.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Mon-Fri days, no nights or weekends.
