Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

The role features a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek for the majority of the time, and no nights or weekends in most schedules.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements.
• Active driver''s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
