Responsibilities

• The Route Sales position is primarily responsible for customer service as a Route Service Representative of ATM (Republic).
• Drive standard trucks and ensure service is provided to hospitality, food & beverage, and healthcare clients.
• Resolve customer issues, promote new products and services, and support route development.
• Maintain neat and safe work areas, vehicles, and equipment; document route notes and account renewals.
• Collaborate with Service Team Leaders and the Customer Service Manager to improve service quality.
