Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
