Job summary

Nixon Medical in Delaware is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage your own service route with independence and a strong focus on outstanding customer support for healthcare clients.

You will deliver and pick up medical linens, manage inventory, and grow your route by recommending additional products and services.

This role offers a guaranteed $1,000 per week plus commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and meaningful opportunities for career growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Self-motivated and independent – you own your route and service quality.
• Strong communication skills – build lasting relationships.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outstanding Customer Service – be the trusted point of contact for healthcare clients.
• Manage Inventory – ensure customers receive the right products on time.
• Deliver & Pick Up medical linens and garments on an assigned route.
• Grow Your Route – recommend additional products and services to expand revenue and earnings.
• Load & Unload company trucks to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
