Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, route sales, or delivery.
• Valid driver's license with good DMV history.
• Able to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and end users.
• Deliver clean linen and related products on schedule.
• Track inventory and communicate customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Support retention through excellent service and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Plant teams to meet commitments.
