Route Service Manager

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to join our team! The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
  • Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver excellent customer service and product programs.
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Results-driven relationship manager who is hands-on and supportive.
  • Enjoy working with and developing your team.
  • High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle various customer situations.
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license in your state.
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
