You’ll troubleshoot dish machine operations, build relationships with customers, upsell products, and support service needs. A valid driver’s license and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Mechanical or driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot dish machine operations and resolve mechanical issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Respond to on-call service needs when required.
• Deliver and pick up cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current.
• Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Negotiate service renewals and pricing adjustments.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
