Job summary

Auto-Chlor is hiring a Service Technician to join a fast-paced, nationwide service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry for 85 years. You will drive company vehicles to client sites, perform maintenance on dish machines and dosing systems, and resolve customer issues with professional solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Mechanical inclination and customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
• Be able to stay overnight on route for 4 days out of the month.

Responsibilities

• Drive Auto-Chlor company vehicles to customer sites safely.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits, demonstrate safe equipment use, and restock products.
• Negotiate service renewals and price increases, and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with coworkers every 4–5 weeks.

What you'll get to do:
