Job summary

Primo Brands in Richmond, VA is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while safely operating a CMV. You will upsell products, manage account information, and follow route schedules.

The role requires a CDL Class B with ability to obtain a DOT medical card, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Benefits include health, retirement, ESPP, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining Class B CDL.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers in diverse settings.
• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs+ with assistance as needed and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and follow DOT requirements daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products to achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
• Deliver the correct products to right locations within scheduled times.
• Maintain delivery information, including cash and receipts, for accounts.
• Adhere to safety policies and avoid use of electronics while driving.
• Support team decisions and assist others as needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services following quality processes.
