Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver in East Peoria, IL to provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers with safe CMV operation. This role emphasizes customer engagement and reliable deliveries.

Compensation features a training rate of $23.45 per hour plus tips, with potential commission after training. Upselling and account management are key components in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs each.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Safety Focus and operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and deliver products on schedule.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
