Job summary

Primo Brands, a leading branded beverage company, is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver in Framingham, MA. You will deliver to residential, commercial, and retail customers, focusing on premium service and upselling while safely operating a CMV.

The role requires a CDL Class B endorsement, strong safety practices, and the ability to meet physical demands. Competitive pay includes base salary plus tips, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs each.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete required DOT documentation daily.
• Deliver products to customers and maintain account information; ensure accuracy of cash/receipts.
• Upsell additional products and services and meet monthly customer acquisition goals.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to quality processes.
• Be a team player, support leadership, and help others when needed.
