Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative for our Memphis team. This hands-on route role involves delivering products to restaurants and commercial customers, building relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will spend your day on the road, manage your own route, perform basic equipment upkeep, and provide face-to-face service. A valid license and ability to lift and drive are required; on-call rotation occurs every 6–7 weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Comfortable driving and working in a physical position.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation every 6–7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout an assigned area.
• Provide face-to-face customer service to restaurants and commercial kitchens.
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies.
• Build relationships with customers along your route.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and help provide solutions.
• Load, unload, lift, and move products throughout the workday.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Manage your daily route and responsibilities independently.
