Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica in Effingham, IL is seeking a Route Sales professional with a Class A CDL. You will drive a company vehicle, stock and merchandise products, collect payments, and complete daily paperwork while delivering excellent customer service on local routes.

This full-time, local-position offers paid training, home daily, and a commission opportunity with a guaranteed pay. Training includes CDL permit, DOT physical, and new-employee orientation; Class A CDL certification is pursued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours per day
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures
• Complete daily paperwork and conduct safety inspections
• Provide excellent customer service

Now Hiring: Route Sales (Class A CDL)

Location: Effingham, IL & surrounding areas

No CDL? No Problem!

• Paid Training: We’ll get you certified and ready to drive!

• Job Type: Full-Time, Local Routes

• Home Daily (no long-haul driving required)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products

• Collect payments and get customer signatures

• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections

• Provide excellent customer service

• Other duties as needed

Route Sales Training Requirements:

• Obtain a CDL Permit

• Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card

• Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training

• Ride-along with team members to learn the business

• Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Requirements:
