Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Route Sales Driver to deliver and merchandise products to accounts in Poplar Bluff and surrounding areas. You will operate a company vehicle, secure loads, and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

We offer paid training, a stable route, and opportunities for advancement. Benefits include life insurance, an HSA, and retirement plans. A valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history is required, along with the ability to work 8+ hours daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily.
• Current Class A CDL (we offer CDL Training).
• Obtain Medical DOT Card.
• Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries.
• Secure and wrap loads daily before leaving the facility and after each stop.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collect cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need
